Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

1. Services & Booking

MT Frame Studio ("the Studio") provides professional photography services. A session is officially booked once the agreed-upon retainer is paid and a specific contract for that event is signed.

2. Intellectual Property

All images are the property of MT Frame Studio. Upon final payment, clients are granted a Personal Use License. This allows you to print and share images for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or significant alterations (e.g., adding filters or AI-modifying the work) are prohibited without written consent.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Final balances are due prior to or on the day of the session. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date at the Studio’s discretion in the event of an emergency.

4. Limit of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or illness, the Studio’s liability is limited to a refund of all monies paid for that specific session.
